In agriculture the low uptake and utilization of nutrients out of the added artificial fertilizers results in appearance of nutrient unbalance and stress symptoms, ending with lower production. The poor efficiency of added man made fertilizers is mainly due to imbalance fertilization and/or improper management practices. When the soil is deficient in a particular nutrient element and the crop grown on such soil show visible deficiency symptoms, there is urgent need to correct it to improve the crop production.

The innovative 3R AGROCARBON technology and PROTECTOR product is patented and IPR protected original solution for food crop mineral deficiency and disturbance stress natural mitigation in temperate climatic regions by economical and environmental valorization of agricultural by-products.
The 3R is performed by integrated low temperature carbonization and biotechnological recycling of mineral and/or carbon biotechnological carriers from organic and inorganic agricultural by-products. The input feed stream is high Phosphorus content animal bone meal, refuse grain and other low commercial value organic and inorganic inputs, food processing and/or other by-products. The innovative technology providing surface modified charcoals and N,P,K minerals for plant available microbiological solid carrier and the food industrial by-product streams as nutrients during the solid substrate fermentation and formulation, which innovative design is a zero emission industrial process.
