Polgardi
is an industrial site which is situated 80 kilometers from
Budapest in Fejér Country, Western Part of Hungary. The
capital of Fejer County is Szekesfehervar (located 15 km from
Polgardi) is Hungary's largest modern industrial concentration,
including several multinational industrial park areas and food
industries. 20 km North West is located Balatonfüzfő with
Hungary's largest chemical production plant (Nitrochemi) with
extensive and diversified chemical production, while heavy
industries (aluminum producers, coal mining, aso) is located 20
km North of Polgardi in Varpalota, Veszprem and Inota. Tatabanya
is located 50 km North, known for coal mining and power plant
operations. Dunaújvaros heavy steel industrial center is
located 50 km South East from Polgardi. The Polgardi
industrial site is located within development area (former
agricultural area, belonging to the local agro cooperative) at
the railway station which area has been entitled for INDUSTRIAL
PARK for small and medium sized industrial production operations.
